Who are we?

Since 2012, we have been advising and providing VAT compliance and accounting services primarily for companies from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Currently, our team consists of approx. 35 people and is steadily growing with our development.
That is why we are looking for people who will develop their professional careers together with us.

What will be your tasks and what will you learn?

If you want to deal with employee relations and billing, learn about the regulations governing salaries, learn the professional vocabulary in German or English related to this, then our team is the perfect place for you.

  • By doing employee billing, you will understand employment and payroll regulations,
  • By keeping HR records, you will learn what the requirements are and what processes support them,
  • Being in contact with employees, you will support them in employment and billing topics while building relationships with them,
  • Working with the other employees in the team, you will learn a wide spectrum of HR issues of company operations.

What are our requirements?

The most important qualities we expect in working with our team are:

  • Experience working in HR and payroll,
  • University degree in economics, accounting, finance,
  • Good knowledge of English or German,
  • Ability to work in a team,
  • Ability to think logically and analytically.

What will be an additional asset?

  • Practical knowledge of Excel environment and Sage Symfonia accounting system,
  • Experience working in an accounting office,
  • Availability to start work in the near future.

Stages of the recruitment process

  • Test verifying competencies for working with taxes
  • Recruitment interview in Polish and German, either directly at our office or through the TEAMS communicator
  • Second interview (in some cases)
  • Presentation of the offer to selected candidates
