For the past several years, since we started developing our company, we have been providing tax support to foreign entrepreneurs in the dynamic business landscape of Poland. We understand the challenges they face, and we are the answer to these challenges, providing specialized advisory services in the field of VAT and CIT taxation, as well as VAT compliance and accounting services.
Our offer is primarily dedicated to entities from Germany and Austria that operate in the Polish market, both directly and indirectly through related entities (e.g., branches, subsidiaries, or sister companies). Drawing on our many years of experience, we tailor our services to the individual requirements and needs of each client, providing support in accordance with Polish, EU, and international tax laws.
Our services also include, among others: advisory services in the area of withholding tax (WHT), preparation of documentation for transfer pricing purposes, personal income tax (PIT), local taxes, as well as payroll services.

Partners
Dariusz Roszkowski
Managing Partner at Tax Benefit with over 20 years of experience as a tax advisor (registration number: 09795). He specializes in transactions related to the acquisition, sale, and restructuring of companies, as well as the tax settlements of foreign business branches operating in Poland. As an expert in cross-border employment relations, he provides support for the international teams of our clients.
Dariusz holds a law degree from the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
Michal Murawski
Managing Partner at Tax Benefit, tax advisor since 2012 (registration number: 11988). He began his professional career in 2008, gaining extensive experience in VAT in cross-border transactions. His expertise includes areas such as chain transactions, reverse charge mechanism, as well as construction and assembly projects. Michał also serves as the editor-in-chief of our company blog, where he shares his knowledge on VAT-related issues.
Michał graduated with a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź and completed a one-year Erasmus scholarship at the University of Cologne in Germany.
