VAT Consultant with German language skills

If you want to deal with taxes, get to know the regulations governing the functioning of VAT, want to learn professional vocabulary and learn professional German, then our team is the perfect place for you.

Who are we?

Since 2012, we have been advising and providing VAT compliance and accounting services primarily for companies from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Currently, our team has about 35 people and is steadily growing along with our development.
That’s why we’re looking for people who, together with us, will develop their professional career.

What will be your tasks and what will you learn?

Of course, everything depends on the experience already gained, and in the future, also acquired in our organization. However, you can be sure that:

  • By handling VAT settlements, you will understand how VAT tax works in theory and practice, and by preparing various opinions, you will also get to know its intricacies.
  • By participating in online and live meetings and being in constant contact with our clients, you will learn how to navigate in business as an advisor to a foreign client.
  • By developing correspondence projects and letters to tax authorities, you will learn how to communicate with them effectively, prepare for inspections, audits, and tax proceedings.

What are our requirements?

The most important qualities we expect in working with our team are:

  • attentiveness
  • understanding of written text (working with the tax law provisions!)
  • ability to work in a team
  • capacity for logical and analytical thinking

Additionally, since the majority of our clients are from German- speaking countries, knowledge of the German language at least at a basic level is very important to us (you will achieve further levels with us).


What will be an additional asset?

  • higher education (or studying in the final years): economics, accounting, finance, law
  • practical knowledge of Excel environment and accounting systems

Stages of the recruitment process:

  • test verifying competencies for working with taxes
  • interview in Polish and German - conducted directly in our office or via TEAMS communicator
  • second interview (in some cases)
  • presentation of the offer to selected candidates
